At Hyperkin Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all hardware and accessories. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all manuals and cables to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the electronics in their original box with all included components, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping package.

• 3.
  Ship to Hyperkin

  Use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the package to our centralized inspection facility for processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
